This tour provides transportation from hotels at the Hotel Zone. For hotels in downtown Cancun, there is a stop where you can board the bus for this tour.
Estimated time for pick-up from 7:00 to 8:00 AM
Within the operation of the Tulum Xel-Ha Tour, company also handle Xel-Ha full day. The transportation will go to Xel-Ha first, to drop off the guest who wishes to spend a full day at the water park, and while our tour guide explains how to get around the park, the remaining guest can use the washroom facilities free of charge before continuing to the Tulum ruins.
Optional activities such as swimming with dolphins, scuba, open water diving snorkeling tour, etc... are not included in the package.

Tulum Xel-Ha All Inclusive
Tulum - perched on a cliff overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea, Tulum is thought to have been a major Mayan Port. See the Temple of the Frescoes, the Temple of the Descending God and "El Castillo" -a cliff-top temple watch-over commanding splendid views of the Quintana Roo Coast. Our tour continue to Xel--Ha - "The Largest Natural Aquarium in the World" which features an extraordinary network of natural pools, waterways, islands, caves - a paradise for snorkelers who will be immersed in a sea of brightly-colored fish in varying sizes while they navigate in a river journey through the park. Transportation, guide and admission to Tulum and Xel-Ha are included.
7:00 - 8:00: Pick up at the hotels (duration of pick up depends on the number of hotels and the area in which they are located.

10:15: Arrival at Tulum, guest will be visiting the area during 2 hours, of which one hour will be guided tour and one hour of free time.
12:15: Leave Tulum and go to Xel-Ha
The "All Inclusive" package includes the park's entrance fee, food and drinks at any of the restaurants and bars within the park, the use of beach towels and lockers, and also the use of snorkeling gear (with cash deposit as a guarantee).
Optional activities such as swimming with dolphins, scuba, open water diving snorkeling tour, etc are not included in the package.
5:30: Departure from Xel-Ha back to the hotels
Participant guidelines
It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and cloth, and try to bring a cap or hat to cover the sun and don´t forget your swimsuits. It is very important that if you are going to use sunscreen, this is biodegradable as it is one of the policies of Xel-Ha.
