Sian Ka'an Wilderness
EcoColors gets its name from the array of color nature displays in the forest, meadows, lagoons and seas of tropical America. EcoColors designs and delivers tours in "The Maya World", biologically and culturally one of the richest areas of the world.
EcoColors, founded by Miriam and Kenneth Johnson in January 1997 in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is a young company. We have already carried out successful eco-tours for many demanding individual travelers, special interest groups and institutions, all of whom wanted to learn about and ultimately left amazed from their experiences in the unique Maya World.
The guides of EcoColors are biologists that participate in research and protection projects in the Maya World. This gives visitors the unique opportunity for a very solid interpretation of what nature shows us.
As a business commitment compliant with our goal to sustain and protect our tropical ecosystems, EcoColors donates 5% of its income to environmental research and protection projects in the Maya World.
